- 1 kg potato (s)
- 1 kg carrot (s)
- 2 liters vegetable stock, possibly reduced in fat
- 300 g herbal cream cheese, reduced fat
- salt and pepper
- parsley

- Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Simmer everything in the vegetable stock for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the herbal cream cheese and then puree everything. If necessary, add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
