Minced meat – 500 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Mushrooms (champignons) – 300 g
Hard cheese (grated) – 200 g
Carrots – 1 pc.
Butter – 100 g
Milk – 300 ml
Chicken eggs – 3 pieces
Olive (sunflower) oil

Ready spices for minced meat and potatoes
Directions
Fry minced meat in a pan with a small amount of olive (vegetable) oil, salt and pepper, you can add ready-made seasoning for meat or minced meat.
Chop the onion and add to the minced meat, fry for 5-10 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips.
Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, fry with the addition of olive (vegetable) oil. Then add the diced mushrooms (I had champignons) and fry for 10-15 minutes. We spread it on the potatoes.
Put 1/2 part of the potatoes on a baking sheet, salt and add potato seasoning to taste. Put the minced meat with onions in the next layer, then mushrooms with carrots
Next, lay out the rest of the potatoes, put in the butter and fill with a mixture of milk and eggs. Sprinkle with finely grated hard cheese. You can cover the potato casserole with foil. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, remove the foil so that the casserole is browned. If you use convection and bottom heating, then the foil is not needed.
