Ingredients

  • 10 m. Jacket potato (s), waxy
  • 3 handfuls peas (frozen)
  • 1 onion (s), cut into pieces

  • 1 pack ham (light), diced
  • some salt and pepper
  • 5 tablespoon aroma (finesse from Dr. Oetker)
  • 1 dash milk, low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • nutmeg
  • 1 piece (s) cheese (Gouda, small ), grated
  • some mountain cheese, grated
  • 0.5 ½ mozzarella, grated

Instructions

  1. I prepare the potatoes as jacket potatoes, so cook them in salted water with the skin on for about 30 minutes. Then quench with cold water, allow to cool, peel and finally cut into slices.
  2. Sweat the onion and garlic in hot olive oil (preferably in a non-stick pan). Then add the ham cubes and let everything get color for a few minutes. Now add the potato slices and the peas and with Dr. Refine Oetker finesse. Season to taste with the spices (be careful with the salt, as the ham cubes also bring salt). Finally, I add a good dash of milk so that you get a little more sauce. Now put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. If you like, you can add some dried oregano on top.
  3. Finally, bake everything in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  4. We also have meatballs (including poultry meatballs) or fish.
