  1. Grate the hard cheese. We divide it into equal parts. Add one egg to one half of the grated cheese, a couple of garlic cloves squeezed out through a press, and sour cream. Mix well. Add an egg to another and just mix.

  2. Rub the raw potatoes on a coarse grater. Add to it half a teaspoon of salt and grated cheese with sour cream. Add ground pepper if desired. Mix the resulting mass well.
