Potato Casserole with Feta Cheese

Potato casserole is cooked in minutes – it remains to wait until it is baked. Delicate, not dry, and satisfying. This casserole is perfect for lunch or dinner, delicious and hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Bryndza – 200 g
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Spices to taste
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Chop potatoes and onions coarsely.
  2. Grind onion and potatoes with a blender (or finely grated).
  3. Combine eggs with spices: a pinch of salt, black pepper and spices to taste.
  4. Grate feta cheese on a fine grater. Mix grated feta cheese and mashed potatoes with eggs.
  5. Bake in a greased form for about 40-60 minutes at 200 degrees.
  6. Spread the butter slices on top of the potato casserole while still hot.
