Potato Casserole with Feta Cheese

Potato casserole is cooked in minutes – it remains to wait until it is baked. Delicate, not dry, and satisfying. This casserole is perfect for lunch or dinner, delicious and hot and cold.

Ingredients

Directions

Chop potatoes and onions coarsely.
Grind onion and potatoes with a blender (or finely grated).
Combine eggs with spices: a pinch of salt, black pepper and spices to taste.
Grate feta cheese on a fine grater. Mix grated feta cheese and mashed potatoes with eggs.
Bake in a greased form for about 40-60 minutes at 200 degrees.
Spread the butter slices on top of the potato casserole while still hot.
