Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Put the cream, water, cream cheese and spices in a saucepan, then add the potatoes and cook over medium heat (approx. 20 - 30 minutes).
  2. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat, onion, leek and garlic in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry until everything is well done. Then alternately layer the potatoes in a baking dish, starting with the potato and cream pieces.
