Potato Casserole with Minced Meat, Mushrooms and Cheese

Potatoes will always help out when you need to cook a quick dinner. Minced meat and mushrooms will make the dish hearty and aromatic. Pouring sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, and eggs will add tenderness, and grated cheese will add a pleasant creamy taste.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 400 g
Minced meat (pork) – 250 g
Champignons – 100 g
Hard cheese – 100 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc. (100 g)
Egg – 1 pcs.
Milk – 0.5 cups (100 ml)
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Sour cream – 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Seasoning for meat – 1 pinch
Dried basil – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Fresh parsley (for serving) – a couple of sprigs
Directions
Peel and rinse the onion and champignons. Cut the onion into half rings, the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, minced meat, and mushrooms for 5-6 minutes. Salt, pepper and add seasoning to the meat. We mix. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into thin circles. Grease the form with butter. Put half of the potatoes into a mold. Salt the potatoes and sprinkle with basil.
Put the fried minced meat with mushrooms and onions on the potatoes and cover with the remaining potatoes. Salt a little and sprinkle with basil.
Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Combine egg, mayonnaise, milk, and sour cream in a deep bowl. Salt and add garlic. Stir the fill until smooth. Fill the potatoes with egg and milk filling.
We cover the form with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cooking the casserole for 30 minutes.
We rub the cheese on a coarse grater. After the time has elapsed, we take out the form from the oven, carefully remove the foil, sprinkle the potatoes with cheese. We send the casserole to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Potato casserole with minced meat, mushrooms, and cheese is ready. We serve the casserole hot as an independent dish. Cut the casserole into portions and put it on a plate, if desired, decorate with parsley sprigs and add fresh vegetables.
