Potato casserole with mushrooms – for both family and guests!

Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 400 g mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 processed cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt pepper
  • greens

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, fry the mushrooms with onions, carrots, and spices. On a baking sheet, rub a layer of potatoes, pour over the sauce (sour cream or mayonnaise, garlic, and eggs), put a layer of mushrooms, potatoes again on top, pour with mayonnaise. Bake the potato casserole with mushrooms at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Grate the processed cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
