Potato Casserole with Mushrooms and Meat

Potato casserole with mushrooms and meat. You can cook in a pot or in a deep baking sheet.

Ingredients
To fill:
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Spices, seasonings to taste
- Water
Directions
- Grate potatoes on a coarse grater (can be cut into circles).
- Cut the meat into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
- Cut the onion into half rings, fry in oil after the meat.
- Boil dry mushrooms and fry. You can use fresh mushrooms!
- Laying in layers:
1 layer – potatoes;
2-nd layer – meat;
3-rd layer – onions;
4-the layer – mushrooms;
5-the layer – potatoes;
- In a separate bowl, prepare the filling: mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, oregano (any herbs), pour water, and heat.
- Fill the casserole with the prepared mixture through a strainer, so that the top layer is not poured.
- Put the potato casserole in a preheated oven under the lid (cover the baking sheet with foil).
- After 20 minutes, open the potato casserole and sprinkle with cheese. We put on for another 25 minutes.
