Potato Casserole with Sausages and Hard Cheese

Potato casserole with sausages and cheese – a dish that I call the “magic stick”! A great way to feed your family a delicious dinner, and if you use pre-boiled potatoes, then very fast!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 400 g
  • Sausages – 200 g
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in boiling water in a peel until tender, 25-30 minutes. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil with a silicone brush.
  2. Cool the boiled potatoes, peel, and cut into slices. Put the potatoes in one layer in a mold. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
  3. Cut the sausages into circles. Put the sausages in a mold over the potatoes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, add a little salt to taste. Spread the mixture evenly over the casserole.
  5. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Put the cheese in a mold in an even layer and send the potato casserole with sausages in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Potato casserole with sausages and cheese is ready. Fast and delicious!
