Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), small
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g Kasseler cutlet, loosened
  • 1 leek
  • 30 g mararine
  • 40 grams flour
  • 750 ml milk
  • 100 g cream
  • 5 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes. Finely dice the garlic. Wash the smoked pork, pat dry and dice. Cut the washed spring onions into rings. Drain the potatoes, rinse and peel off the peel.
  2. For the sauce, melt the fat in a saucepan. Steam the garlic in it until translucent. Dust with flour and sweat. Deglaze with milk and cream, bring to the boil. Dice smoked pork chops and stir into the sauce with spring onions and cheese, simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Wash and chop the parsley. Stir into the sauce. Mix in the potatoes and pour into an ovenproof dish. Scatter grated Gouda cheese on top. Bake in a hot oven (fan oven 180 ° C) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
