Potato Chips Instructions

  1. We prepare products for potato chips.
  2. Peel 250 grams of potatoes.
  3. We wash and cut into slices, 1.5 millimeters thick. It is almost impossible to do this manually, so we will use a shredder.
  4. Put the chopped potatoes in a bowl and rinse two or three times with cold water or rinse with cold running water.
  5. We put it in a colander, put it on a paper towel and dry it well. This is a very important point, the potatoes must be dried well.
  6. Pour 1 liter of vegetable oil into a 4 liter saucepan, heat it to a temperature of 180-190 degrees Celsius.
  7. We lay the prepared potatoes and fry, stirring from time to time, until golden brown.
  8. The potatoes should be very crispy and lightly browned.
  9. Put the ready-made chips on a paper towel so that the excess fat is absorbed, lightly add and serve delicious, crispy and beautiful chips to the table.

Potato chips are served as an independent snack, used in the preparation of various salads and served with beer.
