Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Skewer these on wooden skewers. Then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with oil on all sides.
  2. Then season the skewers as you like, e.g. with fried chicken and paprika.
  3. Put in the oven for about 25-35 minutes at 220 degrees.
  4. Then maybe add some salt.
  5. Go with the crispy chicken breast from the oven (head chef) or simple grill steaks that can be cooked on a second tray at the same time.
