Ingredients- Mashed potatoes, rest, sufficient for 2 people
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon, leveled potato starch
- Oil for frying, neutral

- Herbs, chopped
- Cheese, grated
- breadcrumbs

- Mix the mashed potatoes with an egg yolk and the potato flour. If you like, you can also add chopped herbs or grated cheese. Shape into small biscuits and fry in a pan in a little oil until golden on both sides.
- If you like it crispy, roll the cookies in some breadcrumbs before frying them.
