  • 250 g bacon, Gelderlander
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • Cheese, grated to taste
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and just cook them in salted water. Melt the butter, peel the onions and dice them large. Sauté in the butter and add the roughly diced bacon. Pour in the broth and let everything boil for 5 minutes. Melt the cream cheese in it and carefully season everything with salt and fresh pepper. Cut the steamed potatoes into thick slices, place in a greased casserole dish, pour the cream cheese sauce over them and sprinkle with cheese if necessary. Bake at 160 ° (convection) for approx. 25 minutes. A fresh salad tastes good with it.
