Potato-Curd Zrazy with Egg and Onion

How many potato dishes have been invented! And each of them is delicious in its own way. I suggest making cottage cheese and potato zrazy with egg and green onions.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 230 g
  • Boiled potatoes – 150 g
  • Semolina – 1 tbsp
  • Starch – 1 teaspoon
  • Bread crumbs – 30 g
  • Butter – 15 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

For filling:

  • Boiled egg – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 15 g

Directions

  1. We will prepare the necessary ingredients for curd-potato zraz with eggs and onions.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes, put in a bowl.
  3. Place cottage cheese on top. Crush everything well with a fork.
  4. Add starch, semolina and spices.
  5. Mix everything well with your hands.
  6. Slice the boiled egg.
  7. Chop the green onion.
  8. Melt the butter.
  9. Place the chopped egg and onion in the butter. Stir. The filling is ready!
  10. Make a cake from the potato and curd dough and put the filling on it.
  11. Form a round cutlet with filling inside, give a neat shape.
  12. Roll cottage cheese-potato zrazy (pies) with egg and green onions in breadcrumbs.
  13. Place in a preheated skillet with oil.
  14. Fry potato and cottage cheese zrazy (pies), with egg and green onions, until golden brown.
