  • 60 g butter
  • 100 g ham, raw or jerky meat
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, sauté the onion, fry the sliced boiled potatoes and the diced ham in it.
  2. Mix the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper, pour over them and leave to set without stirring. Serve with chives
