Ingredients

  • 800 g potatoes (potatoes)
  • 2 sausages (or 300 g sausage or boiled meat)
  • 350 ml soup or water
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon lard or oil
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. Peel off the onions and dice them together with the sausages or sausage or meat. Peel and quarter the potatoes.
  2. Heat the fat and roast the onion cubes until golden brown. Add the paprika powder, stir well and immediately deglaze with vinegar. Immediately afterwards add soup or water. Peel the garlic and press finely. Add the potatoes, garlic, marjoram and spices and cook, stirring frequently, until the potatoes are soft and have a creamy bond. Add the sausage or meat just before the end of the cooking time and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
