Ingredients

  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • 800 g potato (s), (peeled)
  • 375 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Also cut the onions into small pieces. Fry the bacon and onions in a pan. Add the raw potatoes and stir briefly. Then pour in the vegetable stock. Add salt and paprika. Cover and simmer everything on medium heat until the potatoes are done. Stir briefly in between. Finally fold in the sour cream.
  2. Ciabatta bread or fresh baguette tastes good with it.
