Ingredients

  • 700 g potato (s)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion cubes and minced meat vigorously.
  2. Then add the potatoes cut into cubes and the pepper strips, lastly the carrot slices. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Add the tomatoes, pour in the vegetable stock, stir in the sugar. Simmer over a low heat for about 40 minutes.
  4. Finally stir in the sour cream and season again to taste.
