Ingredients

  • 3 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 200 g oyster mushrooms
  • 700 g potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth, more if necessary

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic, roughly chop the onions, cut the garlic in half. Wash the two peppers, remove the core and cut the pulp into cubes. Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the onions in it. Add the potatoes and brown them too. Scatter the paprika over it and briefly toast it with the tomato paste. Stir in the tablespoon of flour and deglaze with the vinegar. Pour in the vegetable stock, add the garlic pieces and season with marjoram, caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix in the pepper pieces and the oyster mushrooms and cook for another 15 minutes. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper. Whole grain rolls taste good with it.
