Ingredients

  • 8 medium potato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter, liquid
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 pear (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 100 g cheese (Sbrinz from Switzerland, alternatively Gouda)
  • 200 ml sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthways into thin slices. Peel, halve, core the pears, cut long into strips.
  2. Rub four flat, fire-proof portion molds with garlic, brush with the liquid butter, sprinkle the bottom with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the potato slices and the pear slices, sprinkled with lemon juice, into the tins like a roof tile and sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix the cream with salt and pepper and pour over it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven) at 175 ° for 30 minutes.
