  • 500 g minced beef
  • 400 g cheese (herder cheese)
  • 500 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 300 ml cream
  • 300 g cheese, rated
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Mix the milk and cream. Add pepper, salt, rosemary and the pressed or finely chopped garlic. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring several times.
  3. Season the minced meat with pepper and salt and fry through. Fry the quartered and pitted tomatoes as well as the diced shepherd`s cheese for about 3 minutes.
  4. Mix the minced tomato and cheese pan with the potatoes. Put everything together in a baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 220 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
