Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 3 packs fish fillet (s) (herring)
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 ml meat stock, hot
  • sugar
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and slice potatoes. Cut herring fillet into pieces, cut the onions into rings. Also cut the pickles into rings. Mix the ingredients and pour the meat stock over them. Mix the sauce with the remaining ingredients and mix with the salad. It is best to let it steep overnight.
