  • g 1,200 potato (s)
  • 4 slices smoked pork chops
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • Herbs, mixed
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook in salted boiling water. Also cut the Kasseler chops into small cubes. Bring the salted water to the boil in another pot, remove from the stove and let the smoked pork cubes steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions briefly, then remove them.
  3. Fry the potatoes in the pan, then add the meat and spring onions. Season to taste with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  4. For the dip, put the low-fat quark in a bowl and season with herbs, salt and pepper (if the dip is too thick, you can add a little milk).
