Ingredients

  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 400 g kohlrabi

  • 20 g mararine
  • 20 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • nutmeg

  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 100 g ham (cooked ham)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and kohlrabi, cut into slices and layer them alternately in the baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter, add the flour and let it sweat. Add the milk and bring to the boil. Then add the cream, season with salt, broth and nutmeg and pour over the layered vegetables. Bake at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then sprinkle the grated cheese and ham on top and finish cooking in the oven for another 20 minutes.
