Ingredients

  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in lightly salted water until they are really soft. Peel and chop the kohlrabi, cook in lightly salted water until soft, drain both, puree together.
  2. Stir in the chopped parsley, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir again and serve.
