Ingredients
Minced chicken – 400 g
Potatoes – 600 g
Hard cheese – 100 g
Mayonnaise – 80 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Ground paprika – to taste
Fresh dill (for serving) – to taste
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients according to the list. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grate the peeled potatoes on a medium grater. Put the whole potato mass in a deep bowl.
Add eggs to the potatoes. Pour salt and pepper into a bowl with potatoes to taste.
Mix potatoes and eggs thoroughly. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
Rinse and grind greens. Add chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika to a bowl of minced meat. Also put a handful of cheese to the minced meat, about 15-20 g. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
Prepare a baking dish – grease with oil. Put half of the potatoes in the first layer. Spread the layer evenly and tamp it down. Put all the minced meat on top of the potatoes.
Next, layout the second half of the potatoes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Brush with mayonnaise, lightly pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.
Cook the casserole at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Let the casserole cool for about 15 minutes so that it is convenient to cut it.
