  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 250 ml broth
  • 2 onions)
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Garlic, (who likes)

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat and onions and season well. Dice the peppers, briefly puree the tomatoes. Add both to the meat. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and place on top. Finally pour the broth and basil over it.
  2. Cook everything for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
