Ingredients

  • 250 g noodles (potato noodles)
  • 250 g mushrooms, mixed
  • 150 g mixed veetables (carrot-zucchini-leek)
  • 50 g bacon, mixed
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 125 g cream (or creme fraiche)
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g parmesan, finely rated
  • 100 ml broth

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion, garlic and bacon, then add the vegetables and the broth. After approx. 7-8 minutes add the potato noodles and mushrooms and continue steaming for approx. 7-8 minutes. Then add the cream (or CF), the spices and the parmesan and let it become creamy. Garnish with fresh parsley and place on the table in the pan. Seasonal salad rounds off the feast.
