Ingredients

  • 1 packet dough (dumpling dough), half and half
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 carrot (s) or small zucchini
  • 80 g low-fat quark
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrot or zucchini and onion and chop or grate very finely. Squeeze the zucchini out well.
  2. Mix the vegetables, quark, egg and dumpling batter and season well with salt.
  3. Either place the mixture on a baking sheet with greased baking paper and bake for approx. 35 minutes at 200 degrees or bake in oil in a pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Applesauce or smoked salmon and sour cream go well with it or you can eat them just like that.
