Instructions

  1. Depending on the amount of mashed potatoes, stir in 1-2 eggs and a little flour and nutmeg to create a creamy mixture. Heat the oil in the pan, put in shallow blobs of batter and fry on both sides.
  2. Applesauce or anything else you like goes well with it.
  3. Ideal for processing the rest of the mashed potatoes from the last meal.
