Potato Patties with Sausage

Delicate zrazy potato pies with a sausage inside. The size of the patty depends on the size of the sausage.

Ingredients

• Potatoes – 10 pcs.
• Egg – 1 pc.
• Flour – 3 tbsp
• Sausage – 7 pcs.
• Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp

Directions

1. Boil the potatoes, knead them in mashed potatoes. Add 1 egg to lukewarm mashed potatoes, 3 tablespoon. tablespoons with a heap of flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.

   

2. To form pies, we wet our hands in water and form a cake. We put a sausage in it, sculpt a pie.

   

3. We send the pies to a preheated pan and fry on both sides for 2-4 minutes.
