Boil the potatoes, knead them in mashed potatoes. Add 1 egg to lukewarm mashed potatoes, 3 tablespoon. tablespoons with a heap of flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
To form pies, we wet our hands in water and form a cake. We put a sausage in it, sculpt a pie.
We send the pies to a preheated pan and fry on both sides for 2-4 minutes.
