Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), small
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 4 slices pork schnitzel
  • 3 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 200 g processed cheese (cream cheese)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ stock (instant)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes as jacket potatoes and peel them. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into strips like the schnitzel. Brown the potatoes in hot clarified butter and set aside. Then fry the schnitzel strips, paprika strips and spring onions one after the other and remove from the pan. Bring the processed cheese and broth to the boil in the pan and thicken with the starch. Add the peas and the fried ingredients one after the other and let simmer for 5 minutes. Finally add the washed and chopped chives and serve immediately.
