Ingredients
Potatoes – 1 kg
Boiled meat (pork, veal, or chicken) – 500 g
Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Flour – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp
Sour cream (for serving) – to taste
Directions
Pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder.
Boil potatoes in their skins. Clear.
While still warm, pass the boiled potatoes through a meat grinder. Add eggs, salt, pepper, flour. Mix everything well.
Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil (1 tablespoon). Saute the onion for 5-7 minutes. Add minced meat to the pan with onions and fry everything together, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Form potatoes with minced meat. Take small pieces of potato dough and spread them into a flat cake with wet hands. Put the minced meat in the middle of each flat cake. Form a cutlet of any shape.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Place the stuffed potato cutlets in the pan.
Fry potatoes with meat over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
Serve potato zrazy-pies with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
