  • 0.75 ¾ cup wine, white
  • salt

  • rosemary
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes (my quantity depends on the other side dishes), wash and cut into quarters.
  2. Brush the baking sheet with oil. Pour three quarters of a cup of white wine onto the tray. Spread the potatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme, fresh or dried, amount to taste. Cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes at 225 °. Remove the foil and finish cooking for another 25 minutes.
