Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), small (Bamberg croissants)
- 1 bunch rocket, large
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 4 chicken breasts
- chicken broth
- Balsamic vinegar, whiter
- 2 cloves garlic)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Cut the chicken breasts into strips with soy sauce and salt. Marinate the pepper and oil, cover and put in the refrigerator for a good hour.
