Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and roughly grate the potatoes directly into a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix everything well.
  2. Heat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle a touch of oil on it. I then divide the potato mixture into 6 portions and place the mixture next to each other on the tray as a hash brown.
  4. Bake on the 2nd rail from the bottom for about 40 minutes. Serve hot.
