Ingredients
- 70 ml vinegar
- 80 ml oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion (s), red, chopped
- 2 tablespoon chives rolls
- 500 g jacket potato (s), cooked, while still hot
- 80 ml meat broth

- In the first step, make a vinaigrette from vinegar and oil in a large bowl. Add vinegar and oil to the bowl, a little more oil than vinegar. Mix with a little hot meat stock with a whisk.
