Ingredients

  • 2 ½ kg jacket potato (s)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 dash vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, hotter
  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip
  • 1 pack ready mix, (lettuce topping with dill herbs)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 200 ml sunflower oil
  • 200 g crème fraîche, or sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • a lot pepper
  • Cucumber liquid
  • 400 g meat salad
  • some chilli pepper (s), dried, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Mix well 3 raw eggs, a good dash of vinegar, 200ml sunflower oil and 2 teaspoons mustard. Mix 3 heaped tablespoons of Miracel Whip, 1 cup of crème fraîche / sour cream, 1 packet of dill herbs, 1 teaspoon of grained vegetable stock, chilli (turn the mill three times) with 2 teaspoons of salt and a lot of pepper into the sauce, add the meat salad with cucumber liquid and the cold ones Peeled and sliced jacket potatoes fold in.
