Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, rinse with cold water, peel them and let them cool down, then cut them into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Put Miracel Whip in a larger bowl and add the salt, pepper, the finely diced onions, the cucumber liquid and the mustard and mix well. Then mix in the meat sausage and the cucumber. Now mix in the potato pieces well and fold in 6 finely diced eggs, done, if necessary, season well.
  3. Put the lettuce in a suitable bowl and garnish with the last egg, pickles and, if on hand, with fresh parsley.
  4. The salad can only be eaten with white bread, but also with sausage, grilled meat, meatball, etc.
  5. If you leave out the meat sausage, it is also okay for vegetarians.
  6. If you want it to be a little lower in calories, then only balance half a glass of Miracel Whip and the other half with natural yogurt. But then it`s better to add less cucumber broth and more spices and fresh herbs, such as chives, parsley, or even a chopped, sweet and sour apple (without the skin).
  7. The salad with snake cucumber also tastes good, or add some chopped herring.
  8. If I have leftover roasts, I add them to the salad in small cubes, so it always tastes different, but always the same good!
