  • 350 g potato (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pickle (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • some lemon juice, (alternatively vinegar)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • some parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as usual as jacket potatoes and let them cool, then peel them and cut them into slices. Hard boil eggs, peel and dice. Cut the pickled cucumber into small slices.
  2. Mix together the egg cubes, potato slices and cucumber slices.
  3. Wash the chives and cut into rolls, wash and chop the parsley.
  4. Prepare a marinade from sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chives and pour over the salad. Fold in carefully. Chill the lettuce and let it stand for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  6. Serve as an accompaniment to bratwurst, schnitzel, meatballs or cold roasts.
