Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), salad potatoes
  • 0.25 liter ¼ meat broth
  • 2 onions)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, boil, peel, let cool and then cut into slices (egg slicer).
  2. Heat the meat stock, pour it hot over the potatoes and let it steep for 30 minutes, covered.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  4. Mix the onion cubes and the cucumber slices into the potatoes.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  6. Fold the mayonnaise sauce into the salad. Chop the chives and sprinkle them over the salad.
  7. Serve lukewarm. Goes well with Wiener schnitzel and baked fish fillet.
