Instructions

  1. This is a salad that can be prepared in a variety of ways. You can chop tomatoes and add them, chop lettuce, corn or peppers, depending on the season you can change it.
  2. Boil, peel and chop the potatoes, peel and grate the carrots, chop the spring onions, chop the parsley and boil the egg.
  3. Mix the potatoes, vegetables and parsley together. Season with lemon juice, salt and Pul Biber and mix in the olive oil. Finally, cut the egg into small pieces and mix in.
