Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s), waxy
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 125 g natural yourt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel the jacket potatoes.
  2. Dice tomatoes, coarsely chop mint.
  3. Mix together yogurt, salt, pepper and lemon juice, add tomatoes and mint and mix.
  4. Heat the oil, add the chilli and cumin and roast for 1 minute. Then mix with the other ingredients as well.
  5. Let the potatoes cool down lukewarm and mix with the sauce.
