- 600 g potato (s), waxy
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 125 g natural yourt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- pepper

- Boil and peel the jacket potatoes.
- Dice tomatoes, coarsely chop mint.
- Mix together yogurt, salt, pepper and lemon juice, add tomatoes and mint and mix.
- Heat the oil, add the chilli and cumin and roast for 1 minute. Then mix with the other ingredients as well.
- Let the potatoes cool down lukewarm and mix with the sauce.
