Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), cooked, peeled
  • 2 medium onion (s), red
  • 300 g rapes, blue
  • 240 g fresh oat cheese (oat cheese roll)
  • Basil, some leaves
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 80 ml oil
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Wash the grapes, pat dry, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and mix with the onions and grapes in a bowl. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces, wash the basil, pat dry and cut into fine strips and add both to the bowl.
  2. Mix the vinegar with oil, salt and pepper and mix carefully with the prepared salad ingredients. Let the salad steep a little and season again to taste before serving.
