Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s), small, waxy
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 125 ml meat stock
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • sugar
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 can corn
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Miracel Whip, light
  • 1 tablespoon lemon (s)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and slice the potatoes for 20 minutes. Bring the onion cubes, broth, vinegar, sugar and pepper to the boil together and pour over the still hot potatoes; Let it steep until all the liquid has been absorbed.
  2. Then fold in the sliced radishes and corn kernels.
  3. Whip up a cream of sour cream, horseradish, Miracel Whip and lemon, refine it with the finely chopped dill and add to the salad.
