Potato Salad with Smoked Fish

  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 3 pcs.
  • Mustard with seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt (or mayonnaise) – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

How to make smoked fish potato salad:

Directions

  1. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.
  2. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
  3. Cut the smoked fish into fillets, remove the skin, and select the bones. Cut the fillets into cubes.
  4. Cut boiled potatoes into cubes.
  5. Prepare a dressing of yogurt (or mayonnaise), mustard, olive oil. Mix everything well. The dressing for a fish salad with potatoes is ready.
  6. Mix fish, potatoes, onions, and pickled cucumbers in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss all the ingredients in the smoked fish potato salad.
