Potato Salad with Smoked Fish

The smoked fish potato salad is made from available ingredients, but it turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Smoked fish – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves – 1/2 bunch
  • Olive oil (for dressing) – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

How to make a salad with potatoes and fish:

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  3. Peel potatoes and eggs.
  4. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  5. Chop the eggs finely.
  6. Clean the fish, remove the skin, entrails, and bones. (If the fish contains caviar, it can also be added to the salad.)
  7. Finely chop the fish.
  8. Pick the salad into a bowl with your hands. Add onion
  9. Add chopped potatoes and cucumbers.
  10. Put eggs in the salad.
  11. Then add fish.
  12. Season the salad with potatoes and fish with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
