- Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
- Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
- Peel potatoes and eggs.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Chop the eggs finely.
- Clean the fish, remove the skin, entrails, and bones. (If the fish contains caviar, it can also be added to the salad.)
- Finely chop the fish.
- Pick the salad into a bowl with your hands. Add onion
- Add chopped potatoes and cucumbers.
- Put eggs in the salad.
- Then add fish.
- Season the salad with potatoes and fish with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
