Ingredients

  • 1 packet potato noodles from the refrigerated shelf, approx. 500 g
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 packet feta cheese, approx. 250 g
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 1 bag / s salad herbs, e.g., Greek Style822;
  • water for the dressing
  • some oil for frying and for the dressing

Instructions

  1. Fry the potato noodles with the chopped zucchini in the pan. In the meantime, mix the dressing in a salad bowl according to the package instructions, crumble the feta and dice the tomatoes. When the potato noodles and zucchini are done, all the ingredients can be mixed together in the bowl. And you can start feeding! As a student, I like to use this recipe when it has to be done very quickly. The crowd fits my boyfriend and I together very well, because we like to take something away from each other. The quantities given can be varied as desired, e.g., more tomatoes, less feta, etc.
